Solar Cell

Prices

The price of high-efficiency PERC182 solar cells (23.2% and above efficiency) was 0.3-0.31 yuan/W, with prices declining and fewer orders; the PERC210 solar cell market had no trading volume.

The price of Topcon183 solar cells (25% and above efficiency) was around 0.295-0.3 yuan/W; Topcon210RN solar cells were 0.28-0.3 yuan/W; Topcon210 solar cells were around 0.3-0.305 yuan/W. Solar cell prices entered a downward trend, with varying market conditions across different sizes due to structural supply and demand imbalances.

HJT direct sales were few, with integrated manufacturers self-sufficient.

Production

The planned production of PV solar cells in April reached 63-64GW, up more than 13% MoM. The production of Topcon210R and 210N solar cells increased by more than 36% MoM, with sufficient supply. Inventory buildup began in mid-to-late April, and there is a tendency for production cuts in May.

In the current module market, the mainstream transaction price for N-type 182mm centralized projects was 0.719-0.74 yuan/W, with the average price down by 0.01 yuan/W. The price of TOPCon distributed 182mm modules was 0.728-0.736 yuan/W, and module prices continued to decline this week.

Production

The planned module production in April is expected to exceed 60GW, with significant production cuts anticipated in early May.

Inventory

Before the 5.31 period, the number of module orders for spot delivery increased significantly, and domestic finished product inventories declined rapidly.

PV-grade EVA/POE:

The current price of PV-grade EVA was 11,550-11,950 yuan/mt. The transaction price of PV-grade POE was 12,000-14,000 yuan/mt.

PV Film:

The current mainstream price of 420g transparent EVA film was 5.46-5.67 yuan/m², 420g white EVA film was 5.96-6.17 yuan/m², 380g EPE film was 5.79-5.89 yuan/m², and 380g POE film was 6.84-7.22 yuan/m².

Production

The planned production of PV-grade EVA in April increased by 8.22% MoM, and the planned production of PV film increased by 9.07% MoM.

Inventory

Current petrochemical plant inventories are low, with rising module production, tight supply, and increasing demand. Inventories are expected to remain at low levels.

Prices

3.2mm single-layer coating: The quoted price of 3.2mm single-layer coated PV glass was 22-23.5 yuan/m², with transaction prices pulling back slightly.

3.2mm double-layer coating: The quoted price of 3.2mm double-layer coated PV glass was 23-24.5 yuan/m², with transaction prices pulling back slightly.
